Yoyo is apparently a Chinese lady, though she could well be one of several Chinese ladies who entertain from flats on a rotating basis. Most of them deliver an enjoyably competent service, knowing well what is expected of them. Whether or not you will find yourself reasonably satisfied by her service is frankly in the lap of the gods, but most of the reports on these ladies have been satisfactory, the ladies clearly working there of their own free will.
