An unreliable lady, who makes a habit of fixing an appointment, directing her client to the road she operate from and then not being available when rung from that location. When she has been seen, she is apparently not bad at what she does, in particular boasting reasonable oral talent, but getting to see her is one's problem a lot of the time.
