A Latin lady, and unfortunately one whose command of the English laguage is tenuous at best, Victoria does however have a maid who deals with her bookings and she most certainly understands the language of love, and so far as services are concerned will not disappoint provided your tastes are mainstream, since she delivers a competent intimate oral service as well as both conventional and Greek services. Indeed she specialises in the latter. Just do not expect much meaningful conversation unless you are a fluent Spanish speaker.
