At one time calling herself Mandy and only offering intimate oral services once she feels comfortable with a client, Toveena is one of the cities' most notable ladies. Always playing it safe when first making contact with a new client, she is a stickler for requiring references, but once that has been sorted and the financial formalities have been dealt with, she throws herself into her work and always makes sure her client ends the session satisfied. Almost a New Orleans institution.
