McCoy's View:

A person who moves around having already entertained in London, Swansea and Essex, Tina originally called herself Sky and then Wanda and is an attractive Thai lady or it has been alleged by more than one reviewer, a ladyboy. One client however had a thoroughly enjoyable time and he clearly saw a lady, rather than a someone of ambiguous sexuality. So we obviously have here a case of various people assuming this person's identity and whether or not you will have a satisfying experience with her is down simply to luck. All in all, a "lady" probably simply best avoided.
