McCoy's View:

A lady who is very cordial in her communications and who clearly wants to make the right impression on her clients, but unfortunately she is clearly in the wrong line of work, and not just because she is a distinctly large lady. Her flat is a tip and while very amiable and polite, she has little idea of how to please her clients. Hopefully, she will either get her act together or see sense and call it a day before too long.
