McCoy's View:

An interesting addition to the Lancashire scene, Scarlett was originally based in Blackburn, but has now moved down the road to Bolton and while she has only been around since September 2022, she has already had quite a few favourable comments, though no full bodied reviews. Nevertheless, while only available at a few specific times, she definitely shows potential and could well be worth a try.
