A pricey lady and one with as many poor reviews as good ones, Scarlet is clearly a lady who on the right day can and will deliver an enjoyable service, but she is also just as likely to disappoint her clients. She boasts a desirable enough body and clearly knows well how to use it to maximum effect on her clients. However whether she will bother to try and satisfy a client clearly depends on how she is feeling that day and if you get her on a poor day, you will obviously be disappointed. And there would appear to be just as many if not more poor days than good ones.
