Riven Mercy is a lady who can and does deliver a very enjoyable intimate oral service, often from the beginning of an appointment, hence getting her client then ready for the denouement, which can be a very satisfying conventional service or if you feel up to it, giving her a facial, and she is remarkably sanguine about such an eventuality. A useful and very interesting addition to the Edinburgh scene.
