A lady who knows how to make the experience of her clients enjoyable though she limits her services to delivering a thorough massage with manual relief as an option at the close of the session, Pegeen has been an interesting part of the Vegas scene since 2009 and has plenty of regular clients who enjoy what she has to offer. Her service is however very limited, with even her manual relief incurring a surcharge.
