Natalia is a fairly reliable lady, but one whose excellent & consistent standard, back in late2021/early 2022 when she emerged on the scene, has become a little less reliable. That is not to say, you will not have an excellent time wirth her, most of her clients' reviews continue to be fulsome in their praise of her efforts, but you should make it clear from the outset, what you want her to do for and with you, and she will probably be only too happy to agree to it. And then if she tries to backtrack, you can always say, but this was originally agreed with you.
