McCoy's View:

Milani is an attractive lady but one who only has reviews on one website, though she has an impressive Twitter account and clearly gets around not only entertaining in New York, but also in neighbouring Massachusetts and quite possibly whenever she goes on holiday, which she also does quite a lot of. She clearly delivers an enjoyable service, but she is pretty conservative sticking to a pretty basic service consisting of an oral followed by a conventional service, neither of which is intimate. She is clearly an accomplished self-publicist, though whether she is worth what she charges is another matter.
