A lady whose photo does not do her justice, Michelle is actually a very friendly and amiable lady and not half as stern when you meet her as she appears in her photo. That said, she has her no go areas, in fact she insists on all services being covered, but she does so with such grace and in such an amiable manner, one simply goes along with it. And she succeeds in nevertheless making the service very satisfying. An unusual lady in an out of the way corner of the state.
