Maya has had numerous reviews in Dundee and Edinburgh, but a lot of them gave their name as something other than Maya, so we obviously have a case here of a lady who keeps changing her name or a number of ladies using the same advert and probably premises. Either way, the reviews have been erratic, so whether or not you will have an enjoyable time is in the lap of the gods. However their/her prices are reasonable, so whichever lady you see may well be worth a try, but if she tries it on at all, my advice would be to cut your losses and leave, and if you stay to determine exactly what she will do for how much, before parting with any money.
