McCoy's View:

A Latina lady, apparently from Paraguay, not that you would realise this since her English is practically non existent. However, she does know well what is expected of her and can and does deliver an enjoyable service. An A-level service would not appear to be part of her repertoire, but in most other regards, she is as accommodating as you could hope for, though it would be a lot easier to communicate with her if you happen to speak fluent Spanish.
