Entertaining since 2011 and only seeing clients by prior appointment with 24 hours notice, Lucky Starr can justify such restrictions on how much business she gets, because she has already developed an excellent reputation for service. And that is despite only offering a very limited range of services, basically conventional and intimate oral services. However she performs both with such panache and in such a charming manner, she is able to get away with it successfully. An interesting one off addition to the L.A. scene.
