Ella is a lady who would not look out of place in a Miss World competition, but she is totally unsuited to this line of work, not really being interested in the slightest in her client's enjoyment, let alone the satisfaction he should be able to expect from his encounter with her. Her aim is simply to relieve clients of their hard earned money and get them in and out of her flat in the minimum time possible. One to avoid.
