A Thai lady who understands English and comes up with a reasonable but not excessive amount of conversation, Lena's forte is that she makes it appear she loves doing what she does and rules virtually no reasonable service out, even continuing to attend to one, when one might have thought she had finished. And she even has a variety of uniforms anyone of which she can wear if one of them is a uniform you have in mind. A star.
