McCoy's View:

An attractive woman at first sight, with a lovely face but clearly augmented breasts that are extremely hard and her posterior has also had work done on it, and it did not end in a particularly satisfactory conclusion. Karla is amiable enough and delivers a service, but reviewers have felt the whole service could probably best be described as weird, and it is clear from the outset that the whole session is purely a financial transaction. On the other hand she is friendly enough. An unusual lady.
