McCoy's View:

An occasional adult actress who certainly gets around, at on time having entertained in London, Karen is also nothing if not industrious having entertained pretty much continually since 2001. And so far as what she will do to please, it is easier to indicate what she will not do, and that appears to be Greek and little else.  And while she has disappointed the odd client, the vast majority have been perfectly satisfied by her. The big question is of course how much longer she will carry on entertaining.
