Occasionally touring to cities such as Philadelphia or Cincinnati, Kacy is accommodating in some regards, she is for example game for providing a Greek service, and can deliver a first class service overall as well, but is very inconsistent, with many clients wondering afterwards, why they had wasted their hard-earned money on her. If you get her on the right day, she is excellent. Your problem is knowing when she is having a good day.
