McCoy's View:

An amiable lady, Julia has only had the odd review and certainly appears to be pleasant enough and reasonably keen to please, not hurrying her client out as soon as she can as some of her fellow countrywomen do. Her main shortcoming is that she appears to be possibly somewhat lackadaisical when it comes to maintaining a decent standard of cleanliness, she aims at seeing as many clients as she can and they do come and go. Then again maybe I am being a tad unfair to a lady who is friendly and regularly does her best to satisfy, and who for a Romanian, makes quite an effort to please.
