Harper is a lady who seems to keep changing her name fairly regularly, so what she will be calling herself when you read this is anyone's guess. Her three star rating is also somewhat deceptive, since if you get to see her, she is more often than not excellent at her chosen profession and when she is not, she is still pretty good. It is just that she is very unreliable, with all her bad reviews being no shows. Just bear that in mind before booking an appointment with her.
