At one time entertaining in Cambridge, but now servicing the other principal Varsity city, Harper Barclay originally went by the name Harper Jones and is a shapely blonde, who likes to bill herself as posh, though she is not so posh that she does not know well what is expected of her, and this lady delivers a competent but hardly outstanding service, all her few reviews indicating she puts a lot of the emphasis on her client doing the hard work rather than herself and not even making it particularly easy for them to do that. Then again, at least she will deliver a service that eventually satisfies, although her clients often wonder why they bothered.
