Apparently from the Dominican Republic and a lady with very mixed reviews, plenty of glowing ones though only on one site and at least two indicating she is more trouble than she is worth, Harmony may be worth a try, but I would be very wary of spending much time or money on this lady, who while obviously she has satisfied quite a number of clients and her prices are very reasonable, is clearly more concerned with relieving her clients of their hard earned money and not necessarily coming up with much in the way of a memorable service for that money. Then again she is hardly chrging the earth for her service.
