Cougar or Kate Cougar has been entertaining off and on in the Austin area since late 2016, though she has clearly become much more reliable in recent years, delivering a satisfying service, though it is hardly earth-shattering, but then again for the prices she charges it is pretty reasonable. It is also pretty conventional, an oral service followed by a conventional finale, none of it intimate, but she knows how to move to satisfy her clients and is pretty reliable, making sure her client has been satisfied by her efforts before she bids him farewell. A reliable well established part of the Austin scene.
