McCoy's View:

A not unattractive lady, though hardly a head turner, Cleo is a competent escort,though she is hardly exceptional and in the views of most of those have reviewed her, she  is overpriced. That said, she has a reasonable body, but she is clearly pricing her services at a higher price than is warranted, given the restrictions she puts on the services she is prepared to perform and the fact that there are plenty of other moderately attractive ladies who will do a lot more to satisfy their clients and who charge the same or less.
