Also occasionally using the names Ann and Amber and urging her clients to smack her ass, Cissy is clearly a lady who is not backward in coming forward and has been entertaining in and around Tulsa since at least early 2020. Easy going and keen to please, she will quite cheerfully deliver a very enjoyable intimate oral service and is not one of those ladies who immediately you see them, says she does not do this and does not do that, being by the main pretty accommodating. A useful addition to the Tulsa scene.
