Entertaining since 2008, Chiyo has had her fair share of reviews and she is an amiable outgoing young lady, though her services are somewhat limited, no services being intimate, though if your taste runs to slim young black ladies and you like to play it ultra safe as well, you will probably find her more than acceptable, though you need to be aware of the limitations to what she will do to satisfy her clients.
