Entertaining since mid 2016, Chelsi has established a reputation for dependability in and around Lexington. Chelsi is only interested in delivering a full service to clients who pay for the delight of her company for an hour at least, which will set them back $140 for an incall, $160 for an outcall. but her clients seem to think she is worth it, her attention to whatever service is required being exemplary, though it should be noted, a full service is only available when seeing a client for a minimum of 30 minutes. Incalls are at her home in a not particularly upmarket, though not dangerous part of the city
