Also going by the name Hailey, Chelsea can be very co-operative delivering a satisfying service both conventionally & orally with little notice and not wasting any time whilst at it. If she has a problem it is that she perhaps tries to do too much and is not always as awake as she might be, but providing she does not greet you with a yawn, she is well worth a try and overall is reasonably accommodating. N.B. Her hair seems to change colour frequently, so if that matters to you, you need to check what it is currently when you ring.
