Entertaining since 2019, but only starting to get reviewed two years later, Charlotte can come up with a very enjoyable service, but only when she bothers to make the effort, and she would appear to be making rather less of an effort these days, than when she was first getting reviewed in 2021. That is not to say she is not worth a try, but you perhaps need to make it clear what you expect from her during your time with her and make it clear you will submit a review of her, whereupon, she just might decide to make a worthwhile effort to please and satisfy.
