Provided you get to see her, Cece can & generally does deliver a very satisfying service. She does not entertain from the most upmarket of locations, using discreet motel rooms in the city, but she comes up with a dependable basic service, an intimate oral service followed by a conventional service, all delivered in as friendly a manner as you could hope for. And while she has apparently stood up the odd client, most of them have been perfetly happy with her service.
