A journey taking in Wolverhampton, Derby, Leicester, Lutterworh and Northampton

There were a couple of sex shops I needed to top up with books in Wolverhampton and Northampton, so I decided to start and end my day with these, this led led to me going on a rather zigzag route, which took me down to Wolverhampton, before heading back to Derby having gone up through Bownhills and then up the A38 all the way from Lichfield to Derby, something I had not done in years.

In Derby I had two ladies to see, who both assured me they would be available around 11, one even told of her new address, but when I got to Derby I had no luck with either of them. Such is life. It brought home Katie at Cleo's in Somerset's point that the ladies she liked were not necessarily the top performers who were so popular with the customers, but the steady reliable ladies, who she knew would turn up for their days when expected. I now headed down to Leicester and visited Hollywood. Kim was there, but Barbara was not, suffering from some recurrent minor malady. They now had a notable adult actress working there regularly and she was now their top performer. I showed Kim the new website and she was impressed, but Barbara makes the decisions, so after updating their entry I headed off to check out some of the other establishmnets in the city.

I next called on Divine Destiny, no longer run as it turned out by Jeanie Wright. The new boss was however not around, but I gave them all the info they would need re advertising. I next rang Love Shack, found Katie was in and went around and made a sale! With so many of the city's parlours having closed because of the recession, I decided the only one remaining worth trying was Diamonds, the parlour operating from 1, Woodgate, the former premises of Pharoah's.

I showed the receptionist there, what I could do for them and while indicating how they could advertise with me, indicated I might be back in the area before too long, whereupon I could see them and get the advert up and running quickly. This concluded all the calls worth making in the city and since I had agreed to meet Sandy at Victoria House in Lutterworth at 4, I rang them to check if my calling early would be a problem. As it turned out if I had waited until 4, I would have missed Sandy and as it turned out even getting there now meant UI missed her, but over the phone she agreed she would be around first thing on Friday and I now decided on my strategy for Friday, getting to Lyutterworth first and then heading back up to Leicester, Loughborough and then Nottingham, before possibly visiting Mansfield &/or Derby.

Anyway, having set out, I now headed down to Lutterworth and visited the town's other parlour, Studio 31, now under new management, whom I met, very delightfully dressed in underwear, stockings and suspenders. Nikki the new boss, had worked at the X-Loung in Leicester in her time and we had a pleasnat chat and agreed to meet up for a longer discussion on Friday.

This just left the sex shop in Northampton and so I headed down there and topped them up with books, before popping into Thai Palace and having a chat with Tipi, to whom I also showed the new website. As usual, she was only just back from Thailand and when I told her my only experience of the country was changing planes in Bangkok in the 1980's, she told me predictably that I must visit it.

And with that I headed back on to the road and back home.
