A day in Greater Manchester
I had still not visited Manchester since I had brought out my new parlour guide, so I decided I needed to get up there fairly soon. In advance I had rung around and found to my delight that my old friend Helen, who had understandably got a little peeved with me, when I had rung her up at an inopportune moment some time ago, would have been only to happy to see me once again, only she does not work Thursdays and while I had been invited to partake of a session with one of her ladies, I had been hoping to meet Helen again and so while I would consider popping in to her parlour, the Retreat, I decided to leave it until the end of the day and pop in if I had the time. Since it is located on the south west side of the city, it is the obvious parlour with which to either start or finish the day.

I had planned on kicking off the day by seeing Glen at Cupid's in Swinton, but when I rang them from the Asda in Trafford Park, where I had gone to get myself some food for the day and some diesel, I discovered Glen was no longer around and so I decided to leave it for the time being. And so I headed up to Bury, where I briefly popped into the Manchester Dungeon and had a brief chat with Mistress Julia Pink, before I headed on to La Maison, where I had a very productive discussion with Nigel there.

I now rang around a few possible calls, most of which simply had the usual familiar voicemail response, but I did get through to Mistress Valeska of Stockport's Slave Academy, a lady I have always thought very attractive and she would have happily seen me around 8p.m., but nowadays by then I am keener on getting home, so I thanked her for the offer and left it at that.

From Bury I headed over to Middleton and Salon 38, where I met up with Jason, who had treated me to such an enjoyable session with Rachel at Cosmopolitan in Bradford, and which is associated with Cosmopolitan, currently temporarily closed for refurbishment. They were finding things tough as are so many parlours, so I bade them farewell and headed on to the Georgian, where I found Barry and Anne arriving minutes after me. I swiftly concluded my business with Anne and then had a long chat with Barry. I then topped them up with my new book and headed on to Prestwich.
In Prestwich I first called on Sandy's, the first time I had done so in quite a few years. I had hoped to run into Adrian, their supremo, but it was simply suggested to me that I e-mail him, which I will do soon.

It was then on to Scarletts, a luxuriously appointed parlour, formerly known as Aquarius, but one that has not been that busy lately. However I found myself bumping into an old familiar face, Chelsea, formerly long a regular at Vivien's sadly now closed Toucan Club in Swinton. No spring chicken, she still has a pretty decent body and the reputation of a lady who knows how to keep her customers satisfied. We had a pleasant chat, which she indicated she would think about and I headed on to my next call.

Not having much joy there I now headed over to Chorlton, planning on visiting both High Society and the Retreat. At High Society I met two old acquaintances, one who had worked in Reading and the other in Edinburgh! These girls get around. By now however it was getting late and I needed to get my book into some shops in the city centre, so that is where I headed now, only to find, that most were not moving as many books these days as before.

I finished the day in Levenshulme popping in on Jackie's, where I was made welcome, but where ultimately the decision re advertising lies with Steph and she was not around and apparently was off soon to Egypt!! Of all places!
There are plenty of further calls I could do with making in Greater Manchester, but they can wait for the time being. Next week I am off to the South Coast.
