Having decided that a trip down to Brighton was not going to be particularly rewarding, I decided instead to visit Manchester and had lined up plenty of possible calls. On the way up I rang the first, Gemini in Radcliffe and talked to the owner, Peter, but since he was about to sell up to a new owner, I had little luck there and so went on, after filling up with diesel at Asda in Trafford Park, to visit the House of Sheba, which operates from a roomy anonymous business premises near Morrison's in Eccles, where I parked my car and waited. Out of the blue I got a text from Mistress Sheba, who was at home that day, accusing me of turning up with cameramen etc. and wanting to do some filming at the House. I rung her back explaining all the filming for the TV programme I was going to be in had been done and I was turnng up simply to see some of the ladies and explain how they could get more publicity on my website. She was reassured, but the lady I was awaiting and who I had planned on seeing turned out to be unable to get into Manchester because of traffic jams and so I moved on to my next call on Silver Lady, who conveniently were also located in Eccles. The new boss, John, who it turns out is the same John who is now running Sheridan's of Salford, was there but too busy to see me but we agreed to meet up again next week.

I now moved on to Stretford, where I was due to meet up with Mistress Nyx, a very glamorous and somewhat exotic mixed race lady, who had started out in domination at Bury's now closed Manchester Dungeon, but who had now been seeing slaves on her own at her own dungeon near Longford Rd. I got to Longford Rd., a road I knew well having done a website for the parlour Clair's Massage. which used to be based there, but which had closed long ago, in somewhat bizarre circumstances. Mistress Nyx was located only a stone's throw from Clair's premises, in a very extensively equipped house. She greeted me in as friendly a manner as I could have hoped for and she enquired if I had any indea where her former colleague at the Manchester Dungeon, Mistress Jadee, was these days. I told her the last I knew of her was that she was working at the Cheshire Dungeon in Congleton, but where she was now I had no idea, although she had contacted me by e-mail recently telling me she had retired and wanted me to delete her entry. Mistress Nyx was somewhat sceptical about her retirement, telling me, and she was not the first lady to convey this opinion of her, I should not believe her, since she was a con girl. If that is the case, it would be a shame, since she was undoubtedly a very attractive lady, and being attractive is a great advantage in this industry, whether one is offering conventional or corrective services. She told me she would consider my offer regarding advertising on my site and I then went on to see, what turned out to be my last call of the day on Miss Bryce Jones.

When I got to Rutland St., Swinton, where she had been operating the last time I called on her, I discovered she had moved but only a couple of properties up the road and she welcomed me in to have an interesting chat. Not doing one of her usual trips to Australia, because of the unreliable health of her fellow domme, Mistress Zelda, who is awaiting an operation, she has moved to slightly smaller, though distinctly warmer premises and given the facilities are spread over a number of rooms, she can still offer as varied a repertoire as she could before. Now in her late thirties, but looking as good as ever, she told me my old friend Glyn, who had run Cupids, the swinging club at the other end of the street, which had featured in the national news a few years back, courtesy of the former Scottish M.S.P. Tommy Sheridan, had now moved on to a much more promising swinging club venue in Chorley! Since my aim is to develop a more comprehensive guide to adult services, including swinging and strip clubs in the near future, I will no doubt visit him before too long.

I now rang Karma Sutra, a massage parlour in Didsbury, where I knew the proprietor, Lou, would be in today and had a brief chat with her, but was unable to persuade her of the benefit of advertising with me and with that and no other calls worth making, I headed home.
