Ana is a dependable Eastern European lady, who delivers an enjoyable but hardly exceptional service.  Not far off being worth four stars, she can come up with an enjoyable intimate oral service, though that is not part of her basic service, and knows how to satisfy her clients and has been described as being like a reliable car, i.e. someone who you can count on to deliver a satisfying service, but certainly nothing to write home about. Then again you certainly get what you pay for from this amiable forty-something year old blonde. N.B. She is inclined to rush things, so if you want her to take it at a reasonable pace, make that clear before you part with your money.
