Amanda can deliver a very enjoyable service, but she can also be somewhat erratic, becoming quite vocal and difficult to even deal with rationally on her off days. On her good days however, she can deliver a very enjoyable service incorporating conventional services. Your problem is knowing when she will deliver a worthwhile service as opposed to being almost impossible to deal with.
