Nanny Betty is the pre-eminent lady in Greater London catering to the adult baby phenomenon and has a well equipped Adult Baby Nursery complete with adult sized cot and high chair, a wardrobe full of sissy Adult Baby clothes, fluffy terry and disposable nappies of an appropriate size, a wide range of plastic pants, bottles and bibs. Nanny Betty has many years of experience and is happy to offer Motherly TLC, with cuddles, baby games, bath and nap time or alternatively can offer humiliation, spanking, paddling and confinement. She does not allow dirty nappies but you will be encouraged to wet your nappy as many times as you can with lots of bottles. No personal services are offered although you are allowed to do a squirty in your nappy. Nanny's friend Aunty Amy is sometimes available to join in at an additional cost if you would like to be attended to by two ladies. Overnight and longer sessions are also available.
