An unusual operation catering to those particularly keen on reliving their schooldays as they were in the 1950's, the Muir Academy is based in an imposing house in the Hereford area and has been so for some years.Run by the firm but fair Miss Prim, most of the activities take place in her study which converts as necessary into a schoolroom where she takes classes involving any number from one to eight pupils at a time. There are also maid training classes available and what with school dinners, parties and appropriate chastisement for those who misbehave, this operation is as comprehensive as one could imagine. there are even boarding school events held and available to anyone who has attended basic school lessons and who then wishes to pursue a more complete school experience. N.B. £95 is the charge for an hour's visit, generally on a one to one basis with the mistress. Classes involve extra fees and a yearly membership of £24 in addition.
